Our intention was to connect with the natural FLOW of the beautiful place we were experiencing, Trundy Beach in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and invite the flow to help us release anything in our systems that was not serving our highest good! What a beautiful and crisp afternoon it was!
This is the alter we made to set the space and honor the space and energies connecting with us...
We connected in with ourselves, with the rocks and the sea, the sky and the sun... and we gave voice to energies inside us that wanted to be expressed and released, and energies of the space that wanted to connect with us. This is what we sounded like... the beautiful thing about audio is that it captures the vibrations we cannot hear due to the limited capacity of our hearing apparatus... but we can feel them!
